the staff i encountered were mostly polite, acceptable.

My experience had some setbacks. the gym equipment was not fully functional . Some bikes were out of service. also, the pool water was too cold for comfortable swimming.

the location was fairly accessible to nearby golf courses, i guess.

my room had a serious lack of maintenance. electrical sockets tripped when i used the kettle, and there were broken fixtures, including a lampshade that was hanging on for dear life. plus, i found glass on the bathroom floor. the pool towels were available, at least.

this hotel rocks! my suite terrace room was huge and comfortable. free parking on site was a total win! the reception staff were so helpful, they quickly fixed a small issue i had with my room.

the gym could use some love. a few bikes didn't work. i wish all the equipment were fully functional.
