mixed feelings about my stay
broken gym equipment cold pool water
the staff i encountered were mostly polite, acceptable.
My experience had some setbacks. the gym equipment was not fully functional . Some bikes were out of service. also, the pool water was too cold for comfortable swimming.

underwhelming 'luxury' stay
broken fixtures bathroom glass
the location was fairly accessible to nearby golf courses, i guess.
my room had a serious lack of maintenance. electrical sockets tripped when i used the kettle, and there were broken fixtures, including a lampshade that was hanging on for dear life. plus, i found glass on the bathroom floor. the pool towels were available, at least.

gentle and clean
room access great variety
I loved the big room with access to the verandah. It was such a restful spot. the food from the restaurant was great, a real treat after a day exploring. the breakfast had great variety, i never got bored.

totally awesome stay!
spacious rooms helpful staff
this hotel rocks! my suite terrace room was huge and comfortable. free parking on site was a total win! the reception staff were so helpful, they quickly fixed a small issue i had with my room.
the gym could use some love. a few bikes didn't work. i wish all the equipment were fully functional.

The hotel offered a big outdoor area complete with a bar and restaurant next to the inviting pool. Breakfast covered all bases, I found it to be a highlight of my stay. The pool, loungers, and bar were very nice and neat.

The swimming pool was very nice, complete with clean loungers. I also found the bar area to be well kept. The gym had several cardio machines, and the hotel provided fresh towels. Guests also have access to parking spaces.

Staff members were very kind, and I had no issues . The reception team was cute and ready to assist. The hotel restaurant offered prompt room service, and my orders arrived quickly.

Numerous shops and supermarkets were within walking distance, I found this aspect very convenient. Bus stops were nearby, and taxis were readily available at the hotel entrance. This made exploring the surrounding area very simple.
